Liquid Silver Books has finalized the cover design of my debut novel, Hearts in Ruin, scheduled for release in early May 2014. The artwork was created by talented digital cover artist, Lyn Taylor.
The cover depicts main characters, Daniel Fuchs and Andrea Hollister, in a tantalizing embrace at their archaeological site in the New Mexico high desert. What do you think? Does it grab your attention? I think Lyn Taylor and the Art Department at Liquid Silver Books did a fantastic job creating a vivid cover that captures some of what the main characters are feeling in the tale of conflict, longing and timeless mystery.
At Lyn Taylor’s blog – Musings of a Cover Artist, you can see some of her latest covers read brief rundowns on how she created the cover. She also has a Digital Art page at Deviant Art.
Here is just a very small sampling of some of Lyn Taylor’s wonderful other covers:

It’s a gorgeous cover! Of course, I am a huge fan of Lyn’s work. Well done. Thanks for the kind pingback as well.
You are very welcome! And I couldn’t agree more about her work.
Love the cover. Two gorgeous people in an exotic setting! From a purely personal POV, since I live in Colorado, it looks like home to me:)
